It’s important to us that we give all of our clients our full attention – we aim to return our calls and messages within 24 hours.  Please note that if you haven’t heard back from us yet, you’re on the top of our list and we will get back to you as soon as we can!



Your appointments are so important to us here at Burke Hair Lounge, we carefully organize our schedules so that we have enough time to dedicate our full attention to each of your individual hair journeys! Of course life happens, which is why we welcome cancellations before your scheduled appointment. Call or text us at (250) 258-4247, we will be more than happy to find a time that better suits your needs.  We do request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations, excluding emergencies. To ensure that our stylists are properly compensated for their time, you will be required to pay 25% of your scheduled service fee if you fail to give proper notice.

Our time is valuable, just like yours! If you forget to cancel your appointment and don’t come in, we won’t have a chance to fill your spot with someone else. Communication with your stylist is crucial if you know there will be changes to your original appointment, this could be a late arrival or a cancellation. 

No-Shows will result in a charge of 50% of your original service fee. If you do decide to rebook (at your stylist’s discretion), we’ll hold a credit card on file to secure future bookings.
